Bill Hickman

Bill Hickman is the Chief Growth Officer at Tilt Creative + Production. Bill has over 35 years of experience in the broadcasting industry.

Bill started their career in 1985 as the owner/manager of WMFM-FM. Bill was responsible for all aspects of station operation, including advertising sales, community relations, public affairs, entertainment programming, budgeting and finance, personnel, station promotions, and compliance with federal regulations.

In 2000, they founded Hickman Broadcast Services, Inc., a full-service broadcast consulting and engineering firm. Bill has consulted for radio and television stations across the country, helping them with everything from application and construction to station promotions and compliance with FCC regulations.

Bill is a respected leader in the broadcasting industry, and their experience and expertise have helped him build a successful career in radio and television.

Bill Hickman's educational career began at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, where they studied music. Bill then transferred to The University of Southern Mississippi, where they majored in radio, television, and film.

Bill Hickman works with Jessica Nickens - Director of Finance and Operations, Dave Parrish - Creative Director, and Dave Trownsell - Founder & President. Their manager is Ron Carey, Founder & CEO.
