Donnie Rion

Donnie Rion has a solid background in finance and FP&A with experience in various industries. Donnie currently holds the position of Vice President of FP&A at TILT Holdings since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cresco Labs as the Director of Finance from September 2018 to March 2022, where they successfully managed the FP&A team and played a crucial role in the company's growth from $100M to $1.0B run-rate. Donnie also has experience as a Finance Manager at Goldwind from August 2015 to September 2018, where they focused on financial management, reporting, and analysis for both corporate and project entities. Before that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at CDM Smith from August 2013 to August 2015, engaging in financial reporting and analysis for construction and development projects. Prior to that, Donnie held the role of Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle from April 2012 to August 2013, where they oversaw financial management and analysis for real estate investments. Donnie began their career as a CCS Analyst at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc, where they worked from December 2010 to February 2012.

Donnie Rion completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting & Economics from DePaul University in 2010.
