Kelly Lewis

Kelly Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kelly is currently working at Tilt as the Head of Leave Experience. Prior to this role, they served as the Leave Success Manager Lead and Leave Success Manager at the same company. Before joining Tilt, Kelly worked as a Sr. Graduate Academic Advisor at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2019 to 2021. Kelly also served as an Associate Director at Regis University from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Advisor at Options for Youth from 2012 to 2013. Kelly started their career as a Store Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2004 to 2012. Kelly also gained experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2007-2008. Kelly's earlier career includes roles such as Manager at Applewood Athletic Club from 1995 to 2004 and Aquatic Coordinator at the YMCA from 1995 to 2004.

Kelly Lewis holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services, which they obtained from the University of Redlands between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
