Boon Wai Ng

Boon Wai Ng has extensive experience in the field of accounting and finance. Boon Wai is currently working as the Lead Accounting and Finance at Tilta since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Finiata from October 2021 to April 2022, and also worked as the Senior Accounting and Finance Manager from September 2020 to October 2021, and as the Accounting and Finance Manager from March 2020 to August 2020. Before joining Finiata, Boon Wai Ng worked as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services at EY from June 2019 to February 2020. Boon Wai also gained experience at KPMG in the Cayman Islands, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in Audit (Financial Services) from October 2016 to June 2017, and as a Supervisor in Audit (Financial Services) from January 2016 to September 2016. Boon Wai Ng's career in accounting started at EY in 2011, where they held various roles including Audit Senior from October 2013 to January 2015, and Audit Assistant from January 2013 to September 2013, and from June 2011 to December 2012. Throughout their career, they have been involved in audit engagements across a diverse range of industries and has audited complex accounts such as mergers & acquisitions, financial instruments, and provisions & estimations.

Boon Wai Ng completed a Master of Arts degree in Chinese-European Economics and Business Studies from Berlin Professional School – HWR Berlin from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, Boon Wai Ng attended Oxford Brookes University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Accounting. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from Sunway College. In October 2014, Boon Wai Ng obtained the title of Fellow Member from ACCA.
