Alicia P. Méjica has a range of work experience in the gaming and media industries. Alicia first worked at Aeropress as a Jr. Community Manager during an internship in 2011. Alicia then moved on to Narvia Media as a Web Editor & Community Manager, where they created and translated articles for the website and digital magazine N-Mobile. In 2012, they joined IDC/Games as a Jr. Producer / Product Manager, responsible for coordinating releases, managing external developers, and coordinating interdepartmental needs. In 2015, they joined Flaregames | F2P Mobile Games Publisher as a Customer Relationship Manager, where they facilitated processes between the publishing organization and the developers' team, operated live products, and strengthened processes within the organization. In 2016, they became Head of User Engagement at Flaregames, overseeing CRM and establishing cross-promotion strategies. Alicia then worked at Tilting Point as a Senior Producer, focused on improving production processes. Alicia later became a Senior Business Development Manager and was responsible for new business initiatives, distribution efforts, and porting projects. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Tilting Point, where they led lead generation and relationship management with IP holders for licensing deals, supported licensing contract negotiations, and managed the company's legal consultancy pipeline.

Alicia P. Méjica has a Bachelor of Communication degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Alicia also has a 5th Grade of Professional Training in Classical Guitar from the Teresa Berganza Official School of Music, which they achieved from 2000 to 2009. Alicia obtained an Intermediate-Advance English certification from the British Institute from 2008 to 2010. Lastly, they have a Bachelor's degree in Assistant Director Workshop from the Escuela Superior de Comunicación, Imagen y Sonido (CEV), which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Alicia also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
