Fábio Soares is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational leadership in the field. Currently serving as Cybersecurity Executive Manager at TIM Brasil since October 2020, Fábio oversees offensive security, advanced defense teams, data protection, and secure development initiatives, while reporting cybersecurity strategies to top executives. Previously, Fábio held the position of Director at Santander Global Tech, managing cybersecurity and cloud services for the organization in Brazil and Chile.
