Flavia Maria Bittencourt

Flavia Maria Bittencourt holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UFRJ, an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and other certificates from London Business School and INSEAD. Bittencourt has extensive professional experience in different positions and sectors, including 8 years in Banking, 10 years in Telecommunications and 3 years in Private Equity. As of 2013, she was CEO of Sephora Latin America, and since May 2019, she is CEO of Adidas Brazil. Until 2019, she was an independent member of the board of Marisa Lojas SA Bittencourt is an independent member of the Administrative Council and of the Legal Audit Committee of TIM Participações SA since July 2019.
