Jenifer Quisbert

Jenifer Quisbert is a seasoned professional in the field of e-Commerce and Digital Innovation, currently serving as a Sr. Manager e-Commerce at TIM Brasil since April 2022. With an extensive background at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) from June 2005 to March 2022, Jenifer held various leadership roles including Digital Innovation Manager, overseeing a team of 21 and managing multiple agile squads within e-Commerce. Responsibilities included backlog management, software development oversight, executive reporting, and budget monitoring. Previously, Jenifer contributed to quality assurance and systems consulting roles, focusing on digital channels and ensuring project quality. Jenifer’s academic credentials include an MBA in Technology Management from FIA Business School and a degree in Data Processing from the University of São Paulo, complemented by a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
