Hope Kim Pranza has a diverse work experience. Hope Kim started in 2013 as an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Assistant at Behavioral Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS), where they provided ABA therapy assistance to children and implemented behavior improvement programs. In 2014, they worked as a PRN Therapy Tech at Brooks Rehabilitation. From 2015 to 2021, they had various roles at CURE International, including being an Interim Social Media Manager and Storyteller, where they developed social media strategies and created engaging content through writing, photography, videography, and video editing. Hope Kim also worked closely with physicians and documented the experiences of children scheduled for surgery. In the same period, they were also a Night to Shine Coordinator at Tim Tebow Foundation, organizing events in Davao City, Philippines. Currently, since 2021, they are a Content Developer at Tim Tebow Foundation.

Hope Kim Pranza completed a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a minor in Educational Studies at the University of Florida from 2011 to 2014. Hope Kim'sfield of study was specifically in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences, Other. Hope Kim then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in High School Dual Enrollment at Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2009 and 2010. In 2017, they enrolled at Liberty University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communication.
