Penny Paterson

Penny Paterson has extensive experience in counseling and management, currently serving as a Student Life Counselor at Timber Ridge School since August 2015. Previously, Penny held managerial roles at Barrel Oak Winery, LLC, and Amazing Farm Fun @ Ticonderoga, where responsibilities included operations management and bookkeeping. Penny has also contributed to mental health care as a Mental Health Specialist at North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, overseeing a behavioral unit, and as a Direct Support Professional at Grafton, working with at-risk youth. Furthermore, Penny's early career included significant achievements in the insurance industry at Nationwide Insurance, where progression from Customer Service Representative to Office Manager culminated in leading the commercial insurance department at a major agency in Northern Virginia.
