Scott Berger CPE has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Sr. Pre-Construction Manager at Timberlake Construction since January 2010. In this role, Scott develops and maintains vendor relationships and manages the subcontractor solicitation process to ensure adequate responses. Previously, Scott worked as a Project Estimator at EMJ Corporation from May 2000 to December 2010. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
