Melvin Melchor

Melvin Melchor is an accomplished designer specializing in men's and kids' footwear, currently contributing to Timberland's design teams since April 2022. Melvin brings valuable insights from prior roles in advanced concepts and innovation, focusing on product performance and sustainability. In addition to this position, Melvin serves as the Brand + Education Director at CNSTNT DVLPMNT, enhancing brand initiatives and co-authoring educational materials. Previous experience includes significant roles at PENSOLE Academy, where Melvin led special projects and educational programs, and held various design internships and positions with notable companies such as New Balance, Under Armour, and Wolverine Worldwide. Melvin holds a degree in Industrial Design from North Carolina State University and has enriched educational experiences through collaborations with leading institutions.
