Michael Belanger

Mike’s depth of experience and ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors and design teams make him an invaluable asset to every jobsite. From permitting, logistics and safety to subcontractor coordination, scheduling and project close-out, Mike leads all aspect of field operations with authority and empathy. Since joining Timberline in 2014, Mike has worked with such valued clients as Sarepta Therapeutics, Clarks Americas, and BU Medical Center among others.

A highly experienced and knowledgeable Superintendent, Mike’s expertise ranges from complex science and technology facilities to interior fit-outs and academic facility renovations. His track record of completing projects in fully-occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations is second to none.

Prior to joining Timberline in 2014, Mike was a Vice President / Senior Construction Superintendent at JLL Construction / Spaulding & Slye where he led on-site supervision for such notable projects as BioSquare in Boston, IBM’s largest North American software development facility in Littleton, as well as NorthPoint’s 230-unit, 12-story condominium building.
