Matt Ragsdale

Matt Ragsdale has extensive experience in the real estate and development industry. Matt started their career in 1997 with CNL Corporate Properties, where they served as an Assistant Development Manager until 2000. Matt then moved on to CNL Realty & Development, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they joined CNL Hotels & Resorts as a Planning and Design Manager, a position they held until 2004. Matt then returned to CNL Financial Group in 1997 as a Senior Vice President of Development and Capital Projects, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are the Development Director at Timbers Company, where they have been working since 2023.

Matt Ragsdale completed a Bachelor's of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Florida in 1992. Matt then pursued a Master's degree in Architecture from the same university, graduating in 1994. In 2008-2009, they attended Lifework Leadership Orlando, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
