Liz Sanigar

Liz Sanigar is an experienced Area Surveyor currently working for Timberwise (UK) Ltd, focusing on the Yorkshire and Humber region since November 2023. Liz holds CSRT and CSSW qualifications, enabling expertise in diagnosing and providing solutions for issues such as rising damp, condensation, woodworm, and various structural repairs across multiple property types, including commercial estates and historic buildings. Prior to joining Timberwise, Liz served as a Regional Surveyor at ProTen Services from January 2022 to November 2023 and held roles as Area Business Development Manager and Area Surveyor at Peter Cox Property Services from October 2014 to December 2021. Educational qualifications include degrees in CSRT and CSSW from the Property Care Association in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
