Geoff Ainsworth has a diverse work experience starting as an IT Project Support Officer at British Airways in 1999. Geoff then moved on to Nelson Thornes Publishers Ltd as an Applications Analyst, where they worked on various roles from analyst developer to business analyst. Later, they joined UCAS as a Technical Manager, implementing scrum/agile methodologies and leading a team of engineers. Geoff also played pivotal roles at Mapfre Assistance, Open GI, Volo Commerce, Upp Technologies Ltd., and currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Time Doctor where they previously held the position of VP Engineering. Throughout their career, Geoff has shown expertise in technical leadership, software development, and product management.
Geoff Ainsworth completed a BSc (Hons) 2.1 in Business Information Management Systems at the University of Plymouth from 1997 to 2001. In 2006, they obtained a Postgraduate Qualification in IT Project Management from the Open University.

Founders Rob Rawson and Liam Martin built the Time Doctor software in 2012. It was initially built out of their own need to work effectively with a remote team and to make sure there is trust and high levels of productivity in a remote team. Our mission is to enable effective remote work and improve productivity in remote teams. We are able to communicate that to our over 140 employees in more than 31 countries worldwide as well as the thousands of businesses around the world that now use Time Doctor every day.
