Leticia Cardoso

Leticia Cardoso has a diverse and extensive work experience in data analytics and engineering, starting as a B2B Marketing Analyst at ESTADÃO - OESP Midia in 2000. Leticia then moved on to roles such as Marketing Analyst at Sage in 2002, followed by Copyrighter and Marketing Analyst at Abril in 2003. Leticia also worked internationally from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they transitioned to business intelligence as a Business Intelligence Analyst at TOTVS until 2012. Leticia then took on the role of Gestora de Projetos TPI at Print Laser Service Ltda in 2012 before becoming a Senior Consultant - BI Specialist | Data Science at Viking Consultoria e Sistemas from 2013 to 2019. Their leadership roles include Head of Advanced Analytics at Infracommerce from 2019 to 2021 and Head of Data Analytics and Engineering | Marketing Intelligence at iFood from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Leticia serves as the Director of Data and Integrations at Time Doctor, overseeing the company's data strategy agenda.

Leticia Cardoso completed their high school diploma at Liceu de Artes e Ofícios de São Paulo in 1998. Leticia then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and Cognition (English) from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2005. Leticia continued their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Eniac in 2011. Leticia further pursued their studies with a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Statistics from Ibmec in 2017. Leticia also completed a program in Avanced Computational Algorithms, Data Science, and Big Data from Prandiano - Museu da Matemática in 2018. Leticia then obtained a BSC in Mathematics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2021. Leticia later continued their education with a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science and Big Data Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019. Additionally, they acquired certifications in various areas such as leadership, data analysis, and education.
