Alexander Tulko has a long and varied work experience. Alexander began their career in 2004 as a Senior Equity Analyst, Emerging Markets at Lusight Research Ltd. (Goldman Sachs - Hudson Street). In 2007, they moved to Troika Dialog Ukraine Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager. In 2013, they became Managing Director/Managing Partner at USP Capital venture fund. In 2017, they were CFO at Chanjinn. In 2018, they were Founder at Digital Avicenna LLC and Investment Consultant at Amazon. That same year, they were also CFO & Investment Officer (project-based) at Decidex - Decentralized Exchange. In 2019, they were Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Terum LLC. In 2021, they were an Independent Contractor at Surprise.com. Finally, in 2022, they became Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Time for Machine official.

Alexander Tulko began their educational journey at School #5 in Kurahovo, where they earned their School Diploma in 1990. Alexander then attended Donetsk National University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Diploma in History. In 1993, they attended Central European University and earned a MA in Sociology in 1994. Finally, they attended the University of Maryland from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a MPM in Financial Management.
