Isaiha Fields is an experienced professional in operations and talent management, currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Time Inc Agency and Vice President of Operations at Royal Lamb. With a robust background in managing Influencer Marketing Campaigns and negotiating contracts, Isaiha has contributed to organizational growth and efficiency across various roles, including Senior Talent Agent and Junior Project Manager. Isaiha’s previous experience also includes working as a Behavioral Health Technician and an Infantry Soldier in the Army National Guard. Isaiha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, expected in June 2027.
