Stephanie Cathers

Stephanie Cathers has a diverse work experience in the field of CRM and audience development. Stephanie currently holds the position of Head of CRM and Audience Development at Time Out Group plc, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at MATCHESFASHION, where they held various positions such as CRM and Loyalty Lead, Acting Head of CRM, CRM Manager, and Lead CRM Developer. At MATCHESFASHION, they were responsible for managing the CRM channel, overseeing email and APP push marketing communications, and leading the CRM technical strategy. Stephanie's earlier work experience includes roles as an Email Developer at MRM and as an HTML Developer and Production Executive at Alchemy Worx.

Stephanie Cathers completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts and Media Informatics and French at the University of Glasgow from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Level 3 Team Leader Diploma in Management & Leadership at the Chartered Management Institute from 2019 to 2020.
