Jenna Griffis has worked in a variety of positions since 2009. Jenna began their career as a Group Leader at Georgetown ISD in 2009. Jenna then worked as a Nanny at Nanny's & Granny's from 2013-2015. During this time, they also worked as a Barista/Café Server at Barnes & Noble, Inc. and as a Student Worker in University Relations at Southwestern University. In 2016, Jenna worked as an Afterschool Teacher at Children's Learning Adventure and as an Undergraduate Psychology Internship at STARRY. From 2017-2018, Jenna worked as a Client Experience Agent and Senior Client Experience Agent at Stitch Fix. Finally, Jenna has been Manager, Customer Onboarding and Success at Time To Pet since 2018. As the first hire of the Customer Onboarding Team, they worked closely with their manager and the co-founder of the company to create an Onboarding Program for their customers. Jenna also assisted with creating content for the blog, posted on social media, and provided additional support to customers over email, phone, and chat as needed.

Jenna Griffis holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Southwestern University, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Psychology from Austin Community College in 2014. In 2018, they also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: "Leading without Formal Authority," "Communicating with Confidence," and "Discovering Your Strengths."
