Jessica Smith is an accomplished professional in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for TIME Sites since August 2022, following the acquisition of Brandcast, where Jessica held the same title from June 2020 until August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Onboarding Manager at Side, Head of Partnerships at Breast Cancer Prevention Partners (BCPP), Development Coordinator at Breast Cancer Fund, and Affiliate Coordinator at The Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Jessica Smith earned a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington.
