Matt Wise is an experienced professional in product management and operations with a strong focus on innovation and strategic growth. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Product Management at TCP Software since December 2022, Matt directs product portfolio evolution and leads teams to translate market insights into high-quality products. In addition to this role, Matt has been a Strategy & Technology Consultant at The Riverlands Group since February 2022, providing critical guidance for business transformation initiatives. Matt's previous experience includes over a decade at ADP, where significant contributions were made as Director of Operations and Director of Product Management, facilitating the establishment of DevOps practices and leading the development of a new enterprise platform. Earlier roles include positions at BENEFITFOCUS.COM, INC., Family Medical Transport, and the City of Charleston.
