Patricia Rojas

Patricia Rojas has a solid background in product management and engineering roles. Patricia started their career as an Analista at LAN Airlines, where they worked on Control de Gestión and later on Estrategia Comercial. Patricia then moved on to roles at Falabella Retail S.A as a Product Owner and eventually transitioned to Falabella as a Product Owner Fulfillment By Falabella Corporativo and Product Owner Marketplace Finanzas Corporativo. Patricia'smost recent role was as Lead Product Engineer at Time Jobs, where they led product improvement initiatives, managed the development process, and collaborated with various stakeholders. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving product enhancements and business growth.

Patricia Rojas completed a Diplomado in Control de Gestión at Universidad de Chile in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial from the same university between 2005 and 2011.
