Ireland Stack has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate and Barista at Petaluma Coffee & Tea Company. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Calisson, Inc. In 2019, they worked as an Administrative Assistant, Assistant Office Manager, and Digital Marketer at ServeTrain Custom Country Landscape. Currently, they are working as a Customer Service Manager, Account Manager, Senior Customer Experience Specialist, and Customer Experience Specialist at Timeless Skin Care.

Ireland Stack received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Sonoma State University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Santa Margarita Catholic High School from 2010 to 2014. Ireland has also obtained a Sales and Customer Service Certificate from Dale Carnegie Training in March 2021, and a Certificate in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn in March 2020.
