Alyssa Palko

Alyssa Palko has a diverse work experience in data analysis and research. Alyssa is currently working as a Senior Data Analyst at TimelyCare since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist II at Hyland from May 2021 to March 2023.

In 2020, Alyssa had two roles. Alyssa was a Data Analyst Intern at MTD Products, where they built and developed a mobile app using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for the IT Service Desk. Alyssa also performed user acceptance testing and created training documentation for the app. Additionally, they worked as a Student Researcher at Ohio State University's Department of Anthropology, conducting quantitative research analyses on dental pathology data to understand social inequality in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile.

In 2019, Alyssa worked as a Digital Analytics Intern at Safelite AutoGlass, where they supported digital advertising and email marketing teams on various projects, including creating visualizations of national customer volume and collecting and segmenting data for market analysis.

Before their professional roles in data analysis, Alyssa gained customer service experience as a Host at Bistro 2110 At The Blackwell in 2018 and as a Cashier at Pat Catan Craft Center from 2014 to 2016.

Alyssa Palko pursued their education from 2016 to 2021 at The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Data Analytics. In November 2021, they also received a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
