Panos Efsta

As the Associate Vice President of Care Operations & Delivery, Panos Efsta brings a strong background of over a decade in operations and finance leadership to the TimelyMD team, primarily focused on systems development, strategy deployment, and operational excellence. He most recently served as a Senior Performance Excellence Consultant at Bryan Health where he incorporated Artificial Intelligence to improve patient safety and advanced mother and newborn safety during C-sections.

Panos previously served as President & Chief Improvement Coach for GLE Healthcare Consulting, partnering with large health care systems across the country to overcome quality and efficiency challenges with Baptist Memorial Health Care and Wright Medical. Panos earned his MBA in Healthcare Management from Jack Welch Management Institute in 2018 where he was awarded the Welch Scholar distinction, has a Master's in Finance & Financial Management from Liberty University in 2020, and is currently attending his 2nd year at Harvard Medical School for his Master's in Clinical Service Operations.
