Jacob Sisk

Jacob Sisk currently serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Neon, leading a team of approximately 50 to enhance banking services and economic empowerment for underserved populations in Brazil. Previously, Jacob held significant positions at Meta and Nubank, where leadership included directing data science teams focused on social impact and expanding data science capabilities within the largest Neobank in Latin America. Additional experience encompasses building Credit Suisse Labs from the ground up, driving payment-related data science initiatives at Capital One, and conducting research at Thomson Reuters and Yahoo. Jacob's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson, a Master's in Mathematics from Tufts University, and a High School Diploma from Commonwealth School.
