Adeel Qureshi

Adeel Qureshi has a diverse background in quality engineering and project management. Currently, they work at Times Microwave Systems as a Quality Engineer, where they ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and IPC J standards. Their responsibilities also include leading First Article Inspections and providing guidance to Quality Engineers.

Before joining Times Microwave Systems, Adeel worked as a Senior Partner at STEMsols, LLC, USA. In this role, they provided consultancy for the induction of various high-tech facilities and represented OEMs for multi-million dollar technology and facility induction projects. Adeel specialized in assessing alternative technologies and managing export licenses through US government departments.

Prior to that, Adeel worked at Corning Incorporated as a Quality Assurance professional, where they managed First Article Inspections and packages for major OEMs. Adeel developed and conducted SOPs, control plans, and documentation for in-process and final inspections.

Earlier in their career, Adeel served in the Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex. At the Air Force, they held the position of Deputy Director - Quality Assurance, where they devised QMS policies and procedures and implemented APQP policies. Adeel also conducted and coordinated VSM projects. At Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Adeel worked as a Project Director and Deputy Director - Sales and Marketing, where they planned and implemented projects related to radar systems and implemented production management solutions.

Adeel Qureshi has an extensive education history. Adeel obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Avionics Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, where they studied from 1989 to 1992. Adeel then pursued an MBA in Marketing from IBA, University of The Punjab, from 1996 to 1998.

In 2003, Adeel completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Production Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Later, from 2007 to 2009, they attended Air War College at the National University of Science & Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in War Studies.

Alongside their formal education, Adeel has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Adeel obtained the AS9100 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from DEKRA in November 2022. In 2014, they completed courses such as Risk and Opportunity: Managing Risk for Development, Analyzing Global Trends for Business and Society, International Human Rights Law: Prospects and Challenges, and The Global Student's Introduction to U.S. Law, all through Coursera. In 2013, they also completed the AS9100:2009 Rev C Transition Course from OPT Inc. (Optimized Performance Technologies).
