Zal Mirza

Zal Mirza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Zal began their career as a Process Engineer Intern/ Co-op at Amphenol Aerospace in 2013.

In 2014, they transitioned into the role of an Industrial Engineer at the same company, where they worked until 2016.

Following this, they joined Amphenol Aerospace as a Continuous Improvement Engineering Supervisor from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Zal Mirza also started working at TIMES MICROWAVE SYSTEMS as a Process Improvement Engineer until 2019.

Zal then took on the role of Operations Technology Manager at the same company, starting in October 2019.

Additionally, Zal Mirza gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2012 to 2014.

Zal Mirza completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a Minor in Sustainable Engineering at Binghamton University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, Zal obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Binghamton University. Zal then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering with a Specialization in Engineering Management & Leadership at Purdue University from 2015 to 2017.
