Jônatas Paganini

Jônatas Paganini has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Jônatas started their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Leosoft cia de informatica, where they worked with Java, Struts, Linux, and PostgreSQL. Jônatas also played a significant role in introducing the Ruby language and the Rails framework to the team.

In 2010, Jônatas became a freelance developer at Ideia.me, where they provided services to their previous company. Jônatas contributed to prototyping APIs using Ruby, building proof of concept apps with Rails, Javascript, and Postgresql, and developing apps for Android OS using Java.

Jônatas then joined Executive Inteligência Tecnológica in 2010 as a Chief Technology Officer, where they adapted the infrastructure to enable the Marketcetera platform to operate in the Brazilian financial markets.

In 2012, Jônatas became the Chief Technology Officer at Invent.to, where they worked for four years. Jônatas focused on research and development of inventions, creating prototypes for clients' hardware and software patents. Jônatas'swork involved hardware design, Bluetooth communication, and sound synthesizers.

In 2015, Jônatas joined Resultados Digitais as a Back-End Developer. Jônatas worked on scalability issues, technical debts, and architecture problems, collaborating closely with other back-end developers.

In 2016, they joined Toptal as a Back-End Mentor, mentoring back-end developers and conducting one-to-one sessions, pair-programming, and code reviews. Additionally, they assumed the role of Onboarding Team Lead, guiding newcomers and designing the onboarding process.

Jônatas Paganini's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Unipar - Universidade Paranaense for a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, which they completed in 2005. Following a gap in their education, they enrolled at UNOESC from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued a Graduate School program in art therapy, education, and health, focusing on Humanities/Humanistic Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Jônatas Paganini has obtained various certifications. In 2022, they earned certifications in "Leadership Mindsets" and "Tech Career Skills: Moving from Developer to Engineering Manager" from LinkedIn and a certification in "Coaching Practices" from Coursera.
