Michael DeFrancis

Michael DeFrancis has work experience in various roles related to restructuring, turnaround management, and transaction services. Michael began their career in 2016 at PwC, where they worked as a Valuation Specialist in Transaction Services until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Conway MacKenzie, Inc. as a Senior Associate in Restructuring and Turnaround Management. Michael then joined Alvarez & Marsal in 2020 as a Restructuring Associate, subsequently becoming a Restructuring Senior Associate in 2022. Michael'smost recent position is as a Sales Development Representative at Timescale, starting in February 2023.
