Shawn Lawson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shawn started their career at General Mills as a Marketing Manager for the Wheaties brand, where they executed marketing plans and managed a significant budget. Shawn then moved to Kraft Foods as a Product Manager for the Jell-O brand, where they developed and executed marketing plans and strategies.

After that, Lawson joined Major League Baseball Properties, where they held various roles such as Licensing Director, VP of International Consumer Products Marketing & Licensing, and Head of Global Business Operations. Shawn managed international marketing, sponsorship, licensing, and retail operations, and led a core cross-functional team for MLB's World Baseball Classic.
