Semra F. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over many years. Semra currently holds the role of Director, Supply Chain Strategy & PMO at Timex Group since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PwC as a Manager from June 2021 to September 2022. Semra also founded their own company called Clothes@ in January 2021, where they served as the Founder until July 2021.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Semra worked at Honeywell from February 2019 to January 2021. During their time there, they held the titles of Global Demand & Asset Planning Manager and Operations Lead. In these roles, they implemented operational processes that improved efficiency and reduced inventory.

Prior to Honeywell, Semra had a role as a Business Development Manager at BVK Technology, where they worked closely with the CEO on market expansion strategies in the US market.

Before BVK Technology, they held various roles at Avon from October 2015 to January 2017, including Head of Demand Planning - Fashion & Home and Demand Planning Manager - Fragrance. In these roles, they worked closely with different departments to ensure accurate forecasting and software implementation.

Semra's earlier career includes positions at Schlumberger, where they held roles such as North America Materials Manager, Segment Planning and S&OP Manager, Operations, Global New Technology Support Manager, Software Quality Assurance Manager, Software Field Test Coordinator, Lead Engineer for ConocoPhillips and ExxonMobil, and Engineer In Charge & Loss Prevention Team Leader.

Semra also had a summer internship at IBM in 2003. Overall, Semra's work experience demonstrates their expertise in supply chain, demand planning, operations, and business development.

Semra F. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University. Semra also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Semra recently attended Harvard Law School for a short course in Negotiation and Leadership. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Blockchain & Digital Marketing Professional from Blockchain Council in 2021 and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2017. Semra also has certifications in Offshore Survival & Helicopter Underwater Escape Training from Robert Gordon University in 2007 and Advanced Open Water Diver from PADI in 2006.
