Glen currently works with the team to support existing clients, ensure IT infrastructure availability, implement new service offerings, improve business workflow and grow server implementation to support business growth. TIMG has achieved so much in the past 5 years, becoming the largest Veeam service provider in Australia and New Zealand. They developed a digital archive solution (OpenDiscover) that scales to any business size and they recently transitioned the storage backend to a new platform. They did all of that with a small support team that was goal driven and highly efficient.
