David Francis

David Francis has a diverse work experience in the title insurance and finance industry. David most recently worked as the VP Default Title at Timios Inc since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Title Officer at American Secure Title Insurance Agency from August 2020 until May 2021. From October 2017 to May 2020, David worked at CoreVest Finance as the Bridge Closing Manager and Vice President. Before that, they held various roles at PHOENIX from April 2008 to September 2017, including Vice President of Operations at Phoenix Asset Management LLC and Servicing Compliance and Oversight at Phoenix Collateral Advisors LLC. David also worked at Select Portfolio Servicing as the Post Closing Manager and Director of REO Closing from March 2004 to April 2008. Prior to that, they were the Regional Manager at First American Title from June 2002 to March 2004. David began their career at SunTrust, where they served as the Assistant Operations Manager and AVP from January 1996 to November 2001. David also worked as a Title Examiner at Yavapai County Assessor from May 1994 to June 1995.

David Francis attended San Diego Christian College from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business.
