Rachael Neff

Rachael Neff, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rachael currently works at TimkenSteel Corporation as a Sr. Manager - Operations Human Resources, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Manager from December 2020 to January 2023 and as a Senior HR Business Partner from November 2017 to December 2020.
