Nini Feringa

Nini Feringa has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at Tata Steel since July 2016. Prior roles include Manager HR at CBR, where Nini led human resources for a large public organization, and Interim HR Manager for Ajax Chubb Varel, focusing on integration and restructuring. Nini's experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Yacht Nederland, HR Director and Change Manager at DHL, and Senior Consultant at Karssen Consultancy. Nini has held leadership positions at Generali Verzekeringsgroep, Ahrend, Getronics, and FrieslandCampina. Nini Feringa holds a Master's degree in Pedagogiek from the University of Groningen and has achieved a Certified Green Belt in Lean from the International Independent Board for Lean Certification.
