Rita Kaul

Rita Kaul has extensive experience in the field of health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) management. Rita currently holds the position of Principal EHS Analyst at TimkenSteel Corporation since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Phillips 66 from March 2017 to October 2017.

Rita's career also includes a long tenure at Shell Oil Company, where they held various roles in HSSE management. From December 2010 to August 2016, they served as the Health, Safety, Security & Environmental Manager for Shell Aviation, Americas. In this role, they led a team of professionals and contractors, ensuring compliance with internal and external HSSE guidelines. Rita's efforts in promoting a continuous improvement culture contributed to a significant reduction in injuries.

In these positions, Rita provided support, developed safety-related procedures, conducted audits and reviews, and responded to emergencies.

Prior to their time at Shell Oil Company, Rita worked as a Safety Specialist at Austin Industries from January 2001 to November 2002.
