Tom Hite

Tom Hite is an experienced environmental management professional, currently serving as the Corporate Environmental Manager at TimkenSteel Corporation since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the Company's Permits and Compliance Program aligned with various environmental regulations and representing the company in negotiations with stakeholders. Prior to this, Tom worked at ARCADIS from October 2007 to July 2015, progressing from Senior Scientist to Sr. Environmental Manager and Operations Manager. At Floyd Browne Group, from September 1994 to October 2007, Tom held the position of Director of Environmental Services, advancing from field geologist to Corporate Director. Tom holds a Master of Science in Geology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the State University of New York at Fredonia, alongside other educational qualifications in mathematics, science, and geology.
