Jon Simmons

Jon Simmons has extensive work experience in finance roles. Jon started their career at Bandvulc in 2004 as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. In 2006, they moved to Sofa Workshop and held various positions including Purchase Ledger Manager, Management Accountant, Financial Controller, Head of Finance, and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Jon worked at Sofa Workshop until 2022. In 2022, Jon joined Timothy Oulton as the UK Finance Director. However, in 2023 they were promoted to the role of Global Retail Finance Director at the same company.

Jon Simmons has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of the West of England, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Jon also holds a CIMA degree in Accounting and Finance from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to their university education, Jon attended BHASVIC from 1998 to 2000 and Downlands from 1993 to 1998.
