Ashley Pincock

Ashley Pincock is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Timpanogos Legal Center since February 2024, previous positions include Government Contracts Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from October 2022 to January 2024, and Law Clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims from September 2021 to October 2022. Ashley began at Kirkland & Ellis as a Corporate Associate from October 2020 to September 2021 and was a Summer Associate there in 2019. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Legal Extern at the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas, and the Utah Supreme Court. Additionally, Ashley assisted in legal education as a Teaching Assistant for a First-Year Legal Research and Writing course from May 2018 to April 2019. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from BYU Law School, earned between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Brigham Young University, completed in 2017.
