Tara Croghan

Tara Croghan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Timpte, Inc. since March 2017, Tara has also held positions as HR Manager and HR Generalist within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Representative and HR Representative at Brownells, Inc. from July 2010 to March 2017, and as a Teller at First Security State Bank from March 2008 to July 2010, where accountability included customer service requests and cash handling. Early career experience features an Occupational Health Intern position at Allen Hospital and an HR Intern role at lks Career Connections, inc. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Hawkeye Community College.
