Tim Carpenter

Tim Carpenter currently serves as the President & CEO of Timpte, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tim Carpenter held multiple positions at Lincoln Industries from February 2011, including Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and Senior Director of Organizational Development, focusing on environmental excellence, safety, organizational wellness, and leadership development. Tim Carpenter's earlier experience includes significant roles at Pella Corporation from June 1998 to February 2011, culminating in the position of Site Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and execution of divisional objectives across various operational functions. Tim Carpenter earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed advanced management studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
