Stefano Nervi

Stefano Nervi is currently the Director of Retail & QSR Operations at Tin Building by Jean-Georges, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Stefano served as Head of Retail Operations at Eataly from October 2018 to February 2024, overseeing the Profit & Loss for 13 retail stores, setting sales targets, and enhancing operational procedures. Additional experience includes roles as Market Manager and Retail General Manager in Training at Lidl Italia between August 2016 and July 2017. Stefano holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People, a Master of Gastronomy from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, and a Laurea magistrale in Law from Università degli Studi di Torino, along with a study mobility program in European and International Commercial Law from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
