Keri Jones (CoCo)

Keri "CoCo" Jones has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving at Tin Lizzy's Cantina since February 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing all restaurant operations and making final decisions to enhance guest service while focusing on increasing sales and reducing costs. Additionally, Keri has been a singer and songwriter with CCJ Enterprises/IMA since 2004. Keri pursued education at Oral Roberts University from 1999 to 2013.
