Eric C. Holland

Eric C. Holland, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Tindall Corporation, where responsibilities include developing HR vision, policies, compensation planning, recruitment programs, and ensuring government compliance. Previously, Eric held roles as Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at a Spartanburg, South Carolina facility, and served as Human Resources Manager for site operations at Kobelco Construction Machinery USA, Inc. Additionally, Eric's experience encompasses corporate HR leadership at JTEKT Corporation, multi-site HR management at Spartanburg Water, and extensive HR roles at The Timken Company and Ingersoll Rand. Eric also served as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy, achieving significant leadership credentials. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Science in Industrial Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Penn State University.
