Jan Dahm-Simonsen

Jan Dahm-Simonsen currently serves as Human Resources Director for TINE International since February 2025. Prior experience includes SVP of Human Resources & Organizational Development at FREYR (January 2021 - February 2025) and Chief HR Officer roles at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean & Solutions (September 2017 - December 2020) and Norwegian (September 2016 - September 2017). Jan also held significant positions at Statoil, including VP Corporate HR Global Reward and VP HR Exploration from March 2012 to September 2016, and was Executive Vice President HR & Staff at Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA (October 2010 - March 2012). Additional roles include VP HR at StatoilHydro ASA (January 2009 - October 2010), VP Human Resources at Aker Solutions (February 2007 - January 2009), Human Resource Manager at GE Healthcare (January 2002 - February 2007), and HR Manager at Thommessen (1999 - 2002). Jan holds an MBA in HR and Organizational Behavior from Cardiff University (1997 - 1998).
