Global Head of Customer Success at Tines

Vicki Sorensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Vicki currently holds the position of Global Head of Customer Success at Tines since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce for a significant period from 2016 to 2023. During their time at Salesforce, they served in various roles including Director, ProServices Engagement Manager, Director, Customer Success Portfolio Leader, and Customer Success Director. Their responsibilities included managing a portfolio of 3,000 accounts, leading a team of Customer Success Managers, overseeing project delivery, and driving customer engagement and business value development.

Vicki was responsible for sales scoping sessions, developing proposals, managing projects, and cultivating partnerships with clients.

Earlier in their career, Vicki worked at I-many as a Senior Business Consultant from 2004 to 2009, where they presented enterprise contract management and compliance management applications to clients. Vicki also served at SAP as a Senior Presales Consultant from 1996 to 2003, where they presented SAP CLM and Retail suite to clients, contributing to significant revenue closures.

Vicki's work experience dates back to 1991, where they started their career as an Area Sales Representative at Pitney Bowes. Vicki also held a marketing role at Manugistics from 1987 to 1991.

Vicki Sorensen graduated from the University of Maryland in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Transportation & Logistics.
