Yanni Hajioannou

Yanni Hajioannou has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, Yanni worked as a National Customer Service representative at Pilot Air Freight until 2013. In 2012, Yanni also took on a freelance writing role at CG Tuts+, where they wrote about the use of Normal Maps in 3D.

Yanni then joined Wilmington University in 2013, working as a Professor and Teachers Assistant for a short period. During the same year, they also interned at Planet Ten Multimedia.

From 2014 to 2018, Yanni worked as an Independent Contractor with YakStudios LLC and held various roles at HomeNet Automotive, including Customer Experience Consultant, Trainer, and Senior Implementation Specialist.

In 2016, Yanni served as a QA Specialist at Fishbowl VR before transitioning to Auth0 in 2018. At Auth0, Yanni initially worked as a Technical Writer and Content Manager before taking on the role of Field Enablement System Architect in 2020. During their time at Auth0, Yanni was responsible for managing onboarding, demo certification, systems training, and standardization.

In 2021, Yanni joined Okta as a Manager of Systems Enablement, where they developed strategies, facilitated the adoption of new tools, managed enablement content, and provided coaching and mentoring. They also worked on LMS and wiki migrations.

Most recently, Yanni is working as a Training Manager at Tines, starting in 2022.

Yanni Hajioannou began their education history in 2004 at Upper Darby Senior High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in an unspecified field of study in 2008. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, Yanni attended Delaware County Community College and earned an Associate's degree in General Studies. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Yanni studied Video Game Design and Development at Wilmington University, where they completed their undergraduate education. Additionally, Yanni obtained a certification in Tines Core from Tines in December 2022.
